Kim Tulio is the Executive Vice President of Lyra Lender Services. Kim
earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Marketing from the
University of Denver in 1992. She began working as a Commercial Lender
for First County Bank; a de novo community business bank. She focused
on originating and managing a loan portfolio encompassing a wide spectrum
of industries, with a specialty in government guaranteed lending through
the U.S. Small Business Administration. After the merger of First County
Bank with a larger financial institution, Kim realized that assisting
small businesses and entrepreneurs was her niche and subsequently found
her way to another start-up bank in the Doylestown area; Bucks County
Bank. Kim developed the SBA department at Bucks County Bank and within
three years of the Bank’s opening obtained Preferred Lending Status.
She continued to grow the SBA portfolio while still developing and managing
a conventional commercial portfolio. In 2013, Kim was promoted to Senior
Vice President due to her achievements in increasing the asset size,
profitability and SBA Lending Department of Bucks County Bank. Kim is
a Graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association of Commercial Lending
and has been involved with SCORE, a non-profit organization dedicated
to assisting entrepreneurs.
